Pam has spent twenty five plus years in the service industry sector, including travel, printing and publishing and revenue enhancement encompassing both large and small companies. Beginning as a sales manager for Amtrak her career advancement and experiences include sales, management, national accounts, marketing, business development, company operations and P&L responsibilities in both small and Fortune 500 companies. In the late 80’s, Pam left a regional publishing company to establish her first company, Unlimited Potential, leading it to a successful sale at seven times earnings. From that point, Pam went on to lead at an executive level, sales and operations teams to double digit growth year over year with various companies. She led and aligned operations and business development activities at the executive level with P&L responsibilities in most cases.
